DESCRIPTION
The Lakebourhood Project is an urban development proposal designed to respond to the anticipated hyperdensity in Jakarta'sJakarta's growing satellite city. This proposal'sproposal's main strategies are centred around utilising the natural and man-made lakes and buffer zones to promote a green lifestyle and sustainable infrastructure development. Aside from improving the spatial quality of the area's living quarters, this proposal is also expected to foster a gradual increase in the city's self-sufficiency in at least three aspects: energy, water, and food.
